Life Bliss Meditation (Nithya Dhyaan)

Part 3: Energy Centers (Chakras), Awareness & Visualization
Radiate Positive Emotions & Well-Beingness. We have seven key energy centers in our body, each is associated with specific emotions in our being. Bringing awareness and understanding about these energy centers helps eliminate negative emotions.

Liberate from the Clutches of the Mind. The mind is nothing but a collection of thoughts. These thoughts rise up in succession like bubbles and appear to be connected, but they are not. Health and Wellness Meditation Program

The Health & Wellness Program is an intense 2-day meditation program designed by Paramahamsa Nithyananda to reconnect us with the innate intelligence of our bodies, and to allow a natural flowering of perfect health.
